Code of Conduct

Attached is the Northwood High School Water Polo CODE OF CONDUCT. These are the team rules made by the water polo coach. Please sign and bring tomorrow to the pool deck.

Registration and Evaluations are closed

Due to the number of participants we have closed registration and evaluations. We will be accepting Winter applications and beginning evaluations October 1, 2011.

Equipment for swimmers

Hi folks as we progress it will be important to get the proper tools for training. We recommend:

Fins, Paddles, Kickboard, and pull buoy. We also recommend a mesh swim bag for swimmers to bring their equipment in and leave it above their swim lane. The people at CAS will help you with sizes of equipment.
